however we are aware that that some times thigs go wrong a long the way.

this is why we have a No Question Ask policy about any returns or exchanges, but we must follow the market standard and low requirements, as follows;

Products

all products are eligible for return except Outlet sales and Gift Cards.

Important Note

we recommend that you inspect your order and product upon reception. do not delay your product examination and make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Return time 

all product are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days from purchase time.

unfortunately after that it will not be possible to return products.

all returns must be in the same condition as received, unworn and unused original products with original tagging and packaging, attached with original paperwork and receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Holidays Rush: Orders placed from November 11th, until December 19th, are eligible for our extended holiday return policy of 20 days.

Important Note:

Damaged products, dirty, altered, or not in their original boxes or bags will not be accepted for return one arrived and examined. 

prior to to return we will ask you to take pictures of the product and send to up for review.

Refunds

all refunds will be made only after the product returns safely and examined in our offices.

refunds are expected up to 20 days from the day the return shipment arrival at out facility  and only after examined and approved.

refunds will be made based on the same payment method originally purchased.

please take into account that refund process may take some time when it comes to banks or credit card companies to process and post the refund. 

one we make the refund we will send you the proof of refund via E-mail.

Return Procedure

Unfortunately, once you are determined to return our lovely products you should contact us ASAP through any contact means possible where we will be sure to contact you back with no delay, include website contact form, Facebook, Instagram or E-mail at addirsdiamond@gmail.com

Once return is excepted we will send you instructions and pickup information. see procedure:

1. first Contact us with e-mail or other means.

2. explain the return in writing and add pictures in necessary.

3. once return approved we will send you by email a pre-paid, fully insured FedEx 2-Day label, along with instructions on how to safely and securely package your items.

4. Take your order and the label to the nearest FedEx location and simply ship it back to us. If you need packaging materials, FedEx will assist you.

5. Your return shipment should arrive in our office within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

6. All refunds will be processed within 30 days, in the form of the original purchase method. we do not Bank wire.
